Antonis Frangou's Bio
Antonis Frangos is an experienced audit, accounting and advisory professional with more than 15 years of extensive expertise in IFRS, ISAs, taxation, VAT and financial reporting. He is a qualified ACA Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and holds a First Class BSc in Economics and Accountancy from City University, London.
Antonis spent more than a decade with PwC Cyprus, where he gained extensive audit and tax experience across multiple sectors, with particular expertise in financial services, including audit engagements involving the Central Bank of Cyprus, Cyprus Popular Bank, PrivatBank, Depfa Investment Bank and Eurobank. His experience also includes NPL resolutions, loan restructuring, loan management reviews, group audits and complex advisory assignments.
Antonis was also a Quality Reviewer for PwC Luxembourg, where he was responsible for quality reviews of engagements involving large corporations.
Antonis is currently a Partner at Michael J. Antoniou & Partners Ltd., where he combines his strong technical expertise and extensive professional experience to provide clients with trusted, commercially focused audit, accounting and advisory solutions.
